Welcome to Beecy Tours

By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
1. Booking & Confirmation
  • All bookings must be made via email, phone, or our website.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment.
  • Final confirmation details will be sent once payment is received.
2. Payments
  • A deposit (amount agreed in advance) is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the tour.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.
3. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice period:
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund (excluding bank charges).
  • 7-14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days: No refund.
  • No refunds for unused services or no-shows.
4. Changes to Itinerary
  • Beecy Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will always try to provide suitable alternatives.
5. Travel Insurance
  • All clients are strongly advised to have valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, and cancellations.
6. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
  • Clients must follow local laws and respect Sri Lankan culture and traditions.
  • Beecy Tours is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.
7. Health & Safety
  • Clients must inform us of any medical conditions before the tour.
  • Participation in activities is at the client’s own risk.
8. Liability
  • Beecy Tours acts as a tour operator and is not liable for injuries, losses, delays, or damages caused by third-party providers (hotels, transport, activity operators).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or government restrictions.
9. Pricing
  • Prices are subject to change due to fuel costs, taxes, or other external factors.
  • Any changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
10. Force Majeure
  • Beecy Tours is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
