By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made via email, phone, or our website.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment.
Final confirmation details will be sent once payment is received.
2. Payments
A deposit (amount agreed in advance) is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the tour.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice period:
More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund (excluding bank charges).
7-14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days: No refund.
No refunds for unused services or no-shows.
4. Changes to Itinerary
Beecy Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
We will always try to provide suitable alternatives.
5. Travel Insurance
All clients are strongly advised to have valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, and cancellations.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
Clients must follow local laws and respect Sri Lankan culture and traditions.
Beecy Tours is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.
7. Health & Safety
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions before the tour.
Participation in activities is at the client’s own risk.
8. Liability
Beecy Tours acts as a tour operator and is not liable for injuries, losses, delays, or damages caused by third-party providers (hotels, transport, activity operators).
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or government restrictions.
9. Pricing
Prices are subject to change due to fuel costs, taxes, or other external factors.
Any changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
10. Force Majeure
Beecy Tours is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
